IMPORTANT: All defense representatives who appear at an asbestos conference and submit an appearance sheet must document their appearance correctly for the minutes of hearing. If you appeared, your name should be on the appearance sheet. If you are not the handling attorney, you should indicate that on the sheet, but do not identify the handling attorney as the person who appeared. If you were designated to assemble and draft proposed minutes, please include your own appearance sheet.
IMPORTANT: All remote hearings are conducted using the CourtCall video platform. A directory of all judges’ CourtCall virtual courtroom links may be found on the DWC web site. Parties are required to appear via video and be dressed for court.
